The program

Set the project up to succeed before the first cost is committed.

Most mega projects fail before construction starts — the charter is vague, the strategy is assumed, and the governance contract is implicit. This program closes that gap at the source. It develops planners who can build, validate and govern an Integrated Master Schedule, anchored to a Pi v2.0 charter and structured through a controlled work breakdown.

It owns the front-end planning surface — strategic framing, scope structuring and schedule design — and hands an endorsed baseline to estimating and integrated controls.

What you'll be able to do

Six capabilities a graduate walks away with.

Every outcome is a thing you'll be able to do on a real mega project — not a topic you'll have heard about.

Author a Project Brief, Objectives & Charter (G-100) and a Governance Framework & Decision Rights document (G-720) that withstand board-level scrutiny.
Decompose a mega project's scope into a controlled IWBS (M-130) and Integrated IWBS–CBS–OBS Dictionary (M-140), with a Scope Key Items Register (M-110) and Design & Work Package Register (M-150).
Develop a Master Delivery Strategy & Phasing Plan (M-210) and an Integrated Master Schedule (M-220) with multi-discipline logic, constraints and a documented schedule basis (M-230).
Operate critical path and float management on the master schedule and run the MC02 forecast review to produce M-240.
Run Master Plan Validation & Scenario Analysis to produce a board-ready Scenario & What-If Analysis Pack (M-630).
Lead stakeholder perspective alignment to win governance approval of the master plan.
The curriculum

Twelve courses, foundations to validation.

The sequence runs the master-planning lifecycle: strategic framing, then structural decomposition, then schedule build, then validation. Course 1 unlocks everything that follows.

Questions

What aspiring planners ask first.

Who is this program for?
Senior planning, controls and delivery professionals on mega projects — Project Directors, Project Control Managers, Planning Managers and Engineers, Schedulers, and the construction, commercial, engineering and risk leads who work alongside them.
Do I need to take the courses in order?
Yes. The sequence runs from foundations to validation, and Course 1 unlocks all Master-level work. There are no external prerequisites beyond working familiarity with mega-project delivery.
How is the program delivered?
Each course is a half-day workshop of around four effective hours, backed by a structured 12-week on-the-job coaching follow-up. Virtual and hybrid delivery is supported for distributed senior cohorts.
What will I actually produce?
Twelve governed Pi System v2.0 deliverables — from the Project Brief & Charter (G-100) through the Integrated Master Schedule (M-220) to a board-ready Scenario & What-If Analysis Pack (M-630).
Is the program aligned to a standard?
Every course inherits its scope, processes and deliverables verbatim from Pi System v2.0 — its Process List, Deliverables Register, RASCQIE Matrix and Roles Register.
What happens after I graduate?
You hand a validated master-plan baseline to estimating (P2) and integrated controls (P5), and join the master-planners community of practice.
